Provides a telemental intensive outpatient program for those needing more support than one-time-per-week therapy. The comprehensive treatment includes group, family, and individual therapy, with 9-11 hours of treatment services each week for an average of 6-10 weeks. Specialized tracks include but are not limited to LGBTQ2+, Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, and Substance Use. Trauma-informed master-level clinicians use evidence-based therapy techniques, including CBT, DBT, and EMDR, as well as music, art, dance, movement, and mediation.
