Eligibility:
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
-A household member must be enrolled in a federally recognized Tribe, or a parent/guardian of a minor CTUIR enrolled child
-At least 18 years old
-Have experienced financial hardship (qualified for unemployment benefits, experienced a reduction in income, incurred significant costs) related to the COVID-19 Pandemic

Eligibility:
-Must be a federally registered Native American or Alaska

-First priority for eligible Coquille Tribal households (nationwide), second to other Native American or Alaska Native households (only in Coos, Curry, Douglas, Jackson, and Lane Counties)
-Preference is given to households whose income does not exceed 50% Area Median Income (AMI), second to households with a member who has been unemployed for the past 90 days
-Eligibility is further determined by need, income, references from landlords and credit providers, criminal background check, and household composition

Eligibility:
Low and moderate income Coquille Tribal members nationwide and
other Native Americans, Alaska Natives, and socially disadvantaged
individuals in Coos, Curry, Douglas, Jackson, and Lane counties in
Oregon.
