-First priority for eligible Coquille Tribal households (nationwide), second to other Native American or Alaska Native households (only in Coos, Curry, Douglas, Jackson, and Lane Counties)
-Preference is given to households whose income does not exceed 50% Area Median Income (AMI), second to households with a member who has been unemployed for the past 90 days
-Eligibility is further determined by need, income, references from landlords and credit providers, criminal background check, and household composition

-Homeowner’s, flood, and mortgage insurance
-Repairs to maintain habitability
-Fees and liens
-Principal and interest rate reductions
-Other costs to prevent homeowner displacement

All programs are operated to first serve the needs of members of the Coquille Indian Tribe, then members of the Confederated Tribes of Coos, Lower Umpqua, and Siuslaw Indians, and then other Native Americans and Alaska Natives. Eligibility is further determined by need, income, references from landlords and credit providers, criminal background check, and household composition.
