Oregon Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services (ODHHS) is a resource to improve quality of life for deaf and hard of hearing people and their families. Helps to make state services and programs welcoming and accessible, improve the user experience, and works with agencies to offer advice, resources, tools, and information.

Provides a resource and service center which includes an ASL/deaf culture resource library, special equipment store, public video phone, internet/computer access, and hosts events, workshops, presentations, and a monthly legal clinic.

Also offers a variety of services through their community programs, including deaf senior citizen social groups, education and training, business meetings, ASL classes, craft classes, workshops, and case management which includes advocacy, communication assistance, peer counseling, and housing assistance.
