Senior centers serving meals, preparing home delivered meals, access to senior transportation, and providing a gathering place.

Statewide program that helps older adults and people with dementia live at home as safely and independently as possible. Clackamas County Community Action's OPI program helps with:
-Personal care (dressing, bathing, grooming, etc.)
-Housekeeping
-Respite care (providing a break for caregivers)
-Shopping
-Transportation

Provides volunteers to assist older adults and adults with disabilities. Can help with shopping, providing rides, and companionship. The program supports independence through shared activities, transportation, and companionship. Senior Companions also provide short periods of relief to primary caregivers.

Volunteer opportunities available. If income-eligible, Senior Companion volunteers may receive a small stipend plus mileage reimbursement.

Provides transportation to older adults and people with disabilities for medical appointments, personal business, and shopping. Priority is given for life-sustaining medical appointments. Rides are provided within Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington Counties.

The Ride Together program allows riders to recruit their own volunteer driver (i.e. family, neighbors, and friends). Participants schedule rides with their volunteer driver. Mileage reimbursement is provided and volunteer training is required.

The Vets Driving Vets program matches veterans who volunteer their services with other veterans who need rides to doctors' appointments or to take care of other basic needs.

Provides transportation services for seniors, people with disabilities, and those experiencing social isolation. Shuttle transports to Battle Ground, WA for medical appointments, shopping, meal sites, community services, socialization opportunities, and more.

Provides seniors access to resources to remain independent in their homes. Works with clients to reduce isolation, increase home supports (such as housekeeping and bathing assistance), and encourages healthy living habits. Also offers various classes, workshops, special events, and outings.

Gilliam County Transportation has paid and volunteer drivers with a fleet of three ADA buses and seven minivans that are split between Arlington and Condon to transport individuals to medical appointments and shopping, social, or business trips, with medical being the priority.

Assists older adults and adults with disabilities in accessing transportation. Provides escorted door-to-door rides, monthly TriMet bus/lift tickets for those who qualify, and group rides to major grocery stores, food banks, and recreational outings.

Public transit program. Rides provided by volunteer drivers in their private vehicles.

The ADRC provides a variety of services, information, and guidance to older adults, adults with disabilities and family caregivers throughout Lane County which includes short-term energy assistance (LIHEAP), Medicare guidance and options counseling, prescription drug assistance, transportation for groceries and medical appointments (provided by volunteers) and home visits (provided by Friendly Visitors/ Senior Companions and Elderhelp volunteers).

Provides transportation services:
-Medicaid Transportation: Provided to individuals authorized by the state Medicaid Transportation Brokerage
-Senior Transportation: Provides wheelchair-accessible vans and volunteer drivers for residents who live outside of the public transit area and need transportation to medical appointments or for errands.
- Rural Public Transportation: Provides public transportation from Longview, south to Vancouver and north to Castle Rock

Project Linkage services include door-to-door transportation to medical appointments and errands for older adults and adults with disabilities. Project Linkage partners with Ride Connection to deliver accessible transportation to medical appointments, shopping, errands, volunteering, and recreational trips. Project Linkage also hosts a virtual engagement program, Zooming Seniors, for older adults and adults with disabilities. Weekly group meetings are held virtually to support community engagement, teach technology skills, and share resources.

Services include specialized information and assistance, transportation scheduling, and wellness programs. In addition, the center hosts recreational activities, family caregiver support case management, foot care, options counseling, and other social activities.

Provides an online search tool to help locate local bus services, shuttle services, taxi services, Dial-a-Ride, and long distance bus travel.

Provides transportation services for older adults and people with disabilities for outings such as medical appointments, grocery shopping, and visiting loved ones. Lift-equipped transportation is available. Travel training on public transit is also available. Personal and group travel training is provided by a trainer or peer who accompanies the participant or group to assist them in learning to use public transportation.

Dial-A-Ride provides transportation services to medical and social service appointments, pharmacy sites, financial and essential shopping services, and the senior congregate meal program.

Provides or connects seniors with services that allow them to remain safely in their homes and communities (elder law, home maintenance and minor repair services, housekeeping assistance, Medicare counseling, housing information and referral, advocacy, and senior ride program). Services include Oregon Project Independence Services (OPI) and community resources. Additionally offers short-term case management (options counseling) and chronic disease management.
