Provides assistance with deposit fees and first/last months rent in order to secure rental housing. Tribal members may receive up to $4,500 based on fees included in Rental agreement. Assistance may be provided in roommate situations. Payments will be directly to landlord or rental agencies. Households are limited to one payment over a 5 year period.

-First priority for eligible Coquille Tribal households (nationwide), second to other Native American or Alaska Native households (only in Coos, Curry, Douglas, Jackson, and Lane Counties)
-Preference is given to households whose income does not exceed 50% Area Median Income (AMI), second to households with a member who has been unemployed for the past 90 days
-Eligibility is further determined by need, income, references from landlords and credit providers, criminal background check, and household composition
