The 211info in-house Data Team compiles and analyzes information that supports the social determinants of health. Our database meets standards set by 211info and the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS) and our Resource Team Specialists are also AIRS certified.

The 211info Resource information is also used by other community initiatives and programs to better serve their communities. 211info collects confidential consumer data that is aggregated into data reports.

Reports focus on the following information categories:

  • Demographics, including age, zip code, family size, gender, race and ethnicity, income, health insurance status
  • Social Service Trends, including ongoing and emergent needs broken down by demographic and geographic groups
  • Consumer Feedback

With consumers’ permission, 211info may ask for more detailed information that allows for closed-loop referrals and more robust data reports.

If you have a custom data request that is not covered by our dashboard, please contact us at [email protected].
