NORTHWEST PILOT PROJECT
Services include housing case management, information and referral regarding emergency and transitional housing, relocation assistance, and eviction prevention (which includes rental assistance if future income can be verified and is subject to availability) for older adults. Rental assistance is provided until financial capacity is reached for each month.

Due to extremely high call volumes, it may take up to 10 days for calls to be returned. Assistance is limited due to availability of funding and is not guaranteed.

Eligibility: -Household must contain one member at least 55 years old
-Household must reside in Multnomah County or be homeless
-Household must not contain any minor children under 18 years old
-Household must have a plan for resuming rent payment
-Household must meet income requirements; priority for those making 20% Area Median Income (AMI) and below
Other criteria may apply. Focus is on serving older adults with health concerns or disabilities or who have very low income, language barriers, no support system, or other barriers to housing.
Hours: Hotline opens Tuesday, May 16, 2023 from 9am until capacity is reached.
