Also offers navigation services such applying for SNAP; completing, obtaining, or replacing official documents like driver's license and birth certificates; access to health providers; housing assistance wait lists; and obtaining a GED.

HIV SERVICES
The HIV Day Center is a drop-in center for people living with HIV/AIDS. Services include hot breakfasts and lunches, access to phones, a mail drop, computers with internet access, TV, VCR, clothing, shower, and hygiene supplies. Clients have access to washer, dryer, massage, acupuncture, foot care, and haircuts by signup. Recreational activities include art therapy, games, and other activities. Our Daily Bread Express program delivers meals directly to those who are homebound with HIV.

Provides a faith-based day facility. Offers simple arts and crafts instruction focusing on woodworking projects. Through the Love Gifts program, participants can receive a grocery store gift card or gasoline voucher valued at about $5 once per week. Particpants can also make use of weekly pop up shower trailers. Complimentary handmade Friends of the Carpenter wood items are also distributed.

HOST RESOURCE AND ENGAGEMENT CENTER
All HOST programs offer resource and referral information, case management, and crisis intervention for youth. HOST services are provided at two sites. This is the drop-in site.

HOST's two main programs are:
-Daytime Resource Center: Drop-in services include showers, laundry, computer access, breakfast and lunch on weekdays, case management, and skill-building.

-Transitional Living Program (TLP): TLP is a multi-phase program for enrolled young adults, ages 18 - 24, limiting 14 participants at one time. Those enrolled in TLP stay in our 14-bed overnight shelter and access our staff and resources 24 hours a day. Each works with our Case Managers to set and accomplish their health, housing, education, and employment goals.
