Offers long-term transitional housing with case management and specialized information and referral resources to assist clients in finding sustainable housing. NOT an emergency or short-term shelter.

Ten-month transitional living program for homeless families. Residents may establish rental history, and receive guidance in furthering their education and finding employment. Residents are required to place at least 60% of their monthly income into a savings account through the organization. These funds will be used to pay move-in costs at a new place of residency upon graduation from the program.
