Offers utility payment assistance (electric, gas, oil, propane, water, and heating fuel). Same day emergency assistance is not available; energy applications may take up to 4-6 weeks to be processed. Phone lines may be busy, calls are answered in the order they are received; once in queue, do not hang up. Due to high call volume, callers may receive busy tone, continue calling until placed in the queue. Assistance depends on available funding and is not guaranteed.
