Provides dental treatment of cavities, screenings, dental sealants, fluoride application, cleanings, diet counseling, and eye exams for students. Also provides oral health education to parents and students.

Provides primary medical services for individuals without access to health care. Volunteer medical professionals provide routine preventative and non-emergency medical care. For chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and heart disease, care is provided in addition to education and equipment for self-care. Eye exams and glasses are also available. More specialized services that cannot be provided on-site are referred to a network of specialty physicians in the region.

The Free Vision Clinic is offered once per year, in partnership with Kaiser Permanente. Services provided include vision exams and screenings and glasses if needed.

Volunteer ophthalmologists provide comprehensive medical eye exams and up to one year of care at no out-of-pocket cost for any disease diagnosed during the initial exam. Program also provides glaucoma eye exams; if deemed necessary by the doctor during the exam, treatment can be initiated.

Does not assist with prescription drugs, hospital services, or fees of other medical professionals. Does not provide eyeglass prescriptions, eyeglass/refraction exams (the prescription part of exam), or cover the cost of glasses.

Reedsport Medical Clinic and Lower Umpqua Hospital Specialty Clinic provides general medical care, specialty care, and surgical services. Specialized care in the areas of ophthalmology, podiatry, ear, nose & throat, obstetrical services, hearing support services, dermatology and pain management.

Public health care program providing comprehensive eye exams for infants.

Provides referrals to local Lions Clubs, which assist people in need of eye exams, hearing screenings, eyeglasses, and hearing aids. Refers people for corneal transplants, sponsors candidates for seeing eye dogs, and promotes information on eye banks and diabetes. Assistance depends on eligibility and funds available at each local club.
