Focuses on family reunification and assistance to the most vulnerable immigrants, including victims of crimes such as domestic violence and human trafficking. Engages in public education, training, and community outreach to inform immigrants about their rights and options for immigration relief.

Provides civil legal aid and advocacy, can not assist with criminal law cases. The Center is organized into specialty units: Housing/Consumer Unit, Income Maintenance Unit, Employment/Individual Rights Unit (Immigration Law Project, Protecting Our Veterans, and Public Guardian Program), and Family Unit.
