Provides professional legal representation, advice, and advocacy to low-income immigrants to protect and advance their rights. Focuses on family reunification and assistance to the most vulnerable immigrants, including victims of crimes such as domestic violence and human trafficking. Engages in public education, training, and community outreach to inform immigrants about their rights and options for immigration relief.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call to schedule a consultation appointment. Domestic violence survivors who would like to become clients may call at any time. Existing clients should contact their representatives directly.
FEES: $50 consultation fee. Fees for handling immigration matters vary by service needed.
