IMMIGRATION COUNSELING SERVICE (ICS)
Immigration Counseling Services (ICS) provides legal services for immigration issues such as family visa petitions, permanent residency, citizenship applications, consular processing, representation in front of USCIS (formerly INS), renewal of work permits or resident cards, asylum, and defense against removal (deportation). Also provides assistance obtaining U and T Visa.

Representation by an ICS attorney or Accredited Representative: Income must be no higher than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Individuals interested in an initial consultation regarding an immigration matter can apply:

-Online using the Consultation Request Form
-Call the office and request an application be mailed
-Walk in and pick up an application

ICS will review the request and will call within two weeks of receiving the request form. ICS does not provide any legal advice by telephone or email.
FEES: $50 screening fee
DOCUMENTS: None required at intake
LANGUAGES: English, Spanish, interpretation by arrangement
AREA SERVED: State of Oregon and Clark and Skamania Counties
SITE HOURS: Monday-Friday 9am-noon and 1pm-5pm
