Community Outreach Assistance Team provides outreach to individuals experiencing homelessness. They distribute camping supplies, food, clothing, and medical and hygiene supplies. They also offer case management for older adults and individuals with disabilities who are unable to navigate resources.

Provides nutritious snacks, drinks, and hygiene items.

Provides information and referrals, rental assistance, electric and natural gas (other financial aid may be available on a case-by-case basis, such as child care and transportation), and personal care items such as toothbrushes and deodorant. Financial assistance is limited and based on current funding availability and is not guaranteed. It is limited to once per calendar year. Also provides referrals to counseling agencies.

Daytime drop-in center with access to clothing, shoes and socks, small toiletries, razors, laundry facilities, showers, coffee, light breakfast, sack lunch, and snacks. Offers free access to WIFI, and use of the telephone. Limited dog food available for animals on site. Provides referrals to other community based organizations. Hosts a monthly mobile dental van.

All hygiene products and feminine products available. Also diapers for children and adults. Donations always needed and welcomed.

Provides food boxes, hygiene kits, personal protective equipment such as masks, and information and referrals to other resources.
