Community Outreach Assistance Team provides outreach to individuals experiencing homelessness. They distribute camping supplies, food, clothing, and medical and hygiene supplies. They also offer case management for older adults and individuals with disabilities who are unable to navigate resources.
Eligibility: Individuals experiencing homelessness, including people living in places not meant for habilitation
