The Center on Early Learning works to improve the quality of care and education available to young children and their families to promote development and inclusion. Projects include the Central Coordination of Child Care Resource and Referral (CCCCRR), Oregon's child care Quality Rating and Improvement System (Spark, formerly known as QRIS), and Promoting Inclusion in Early Childhood Educators (Project PIECE).
