Central Coordination of Child Care Resource and Referral (CCCCRR) is a project of the Center on Early Learning. Provides leadership and technical assistance for the 13 child care resource and referral (CCR&R) programs serving all counties in Oregon.

For child care providers, they offer training, safety and technical assistance, and consultation.

For employers, they provide information and consulting about employer-sponsored care and other child care issues.
