Eligibility:
The STEP program is for people in Oregon who:
Are receiving SNAP benefits,
Are at least 16 years old, and
Are not receiving TANF benefits.
Are receiving SNAP benefits,
Are at least 16 years old, and
Are not receiving TANF benefits.
