Eligibility:
Once approved, replacement benefits are issued to current recipients using their existing EBT card.

INTAKE PROCEDURE:
Replacement benefits must be requested within 10 calendar days of the food loss.
If callers reports being victims of electronic theft and had benefits stolen from the EBT card:
Encourage callers to cancel the card immediately by calling the EBT customer service line at 1-888-997-4447 and then call the replacement card line to get a new card and PIN. Finally contact ODHS to request the replacement benefits.
Starting May 22, people in Oregon whose SNAP benefits were stolen should request replacement benefits immediately.
SNAP benefits that were stolen between Oct 1, 2022, and May 22, 2023, must request replacement benefits by June 21, 2023.
People who discover their benefits have been stolen after May 22, 2023 have 30 days to from the date they discovered the benefits were stolen to request replacement benefits.
