Runaway/homeless youth shelter. Program provides transportation, basic needs, and case management. Intakes are made available at off-site locations in the community.

The Coordinated Entry System (CES) connects people experiencing homelessness to appropriate housing programs based on their needs, including emergency shelter, transitional housing, emergency housing vouchers (EHV), and other expense assistance to find and maintain housing.

Provides transitional housing with access to case management services. Clients must have the ability to manage their own activities of independent daily living. This program operates on a waitlist.

Youth shelter providing temporary emergency shelter for up to 120 days with written parent/guardian consent or 72 hours without written consent. Services for sheltered and unsheltered youth include case management, mentoring, housing search assistance, and counseling services. Bathing facilities, school supplies, laundry facilities, a clothing closet, and personal grooming supplies are also provided.

Twenty-four hour short-term emergency shelter in a home setting, providing support and services for DHS, homeless, and runaway youth. Exodus House offers youth a safe and structured environment; healthy meals; advocacy for medical and mental health; and education and referrals to community resources. Staff work with youth and community partners to transition to stable housing.

Also has an accredited alternative school called The New Visions Learning Center.

Provides emergency and transitional shelter for unaccompanied, runaway, or otherwise homeless youth. Access to basic needs (bed, shower, laundry, food, hygiene, clothes, etc.). Length of stay depends on individual needs and engagement in program. Youth participate in case management skill building, education, mental health supports, and family mediation (if appropriate). Youth have access to activities, mentoring, academic coaches, and employment support.

Provides overnight emergency shelter. Youth can access shelter for up to 14 days.

The Access Center is a service for homeless and runaway youth who are seeking intake assessment and referral. Provides basic needs including food, clothing, basic medical supplies, and shelter. Youth receive an assessment to determine if they meet homeless youth services requirements. For youth in crisis, emergency shelter is provided at Porch Light Youth Shelter.

Provides short-term overnight shelter, two meals per day and cleanup facilities for 30 homeless and street dependent youth attempting to make changes in their lives. Youth may access clothing, medical assistance, and employment education support.

When severe weather is declared by the city, 5 additional beds will open.

Oak Bridge Youth Shelter serves youth who are experiencing homelessness, or are otherwisw in need of sage temporary shelter. Family reconciliation is emphasized when appropriate. Length of stay varies based on individual need. Crisis intervention, information and referral services, and case management are also available.

Provides youth crisis intervention services and a temporary youth shelter.

Crisis program services include immediate crisis intervention and counseling, youth and family assessments, and referral assistance.

Shelter services offer short-term overnight stays, group counseling, and individual case management. Runaways, homeless youth, and families with youth in crisis use the shelter for a temporary time-out while a long-term plan is developed.

Day shelter helps youth with basic needs and to reconnect with the community. Provides three meals a day, laundry, showers, personal items, and resources. Programs include:

Runaway and Homeless Youth Program (RHY): Connects youth and their families to resources that meet their immediate needs. Also provides mediation and counseling resources for family reunification. The goal is safe exits from the streets, achieved through relationships with local law enforcement, street outreach, and working closely with the school district and other community partners.

Youth Empowerment Program (YEP): YEP's 4 elements are internships and jobs, financial literacy, workshops and field trips, and extended support. Youth cohorts go through the program in 3-month cycles and can earn high school credit for their work and experiences during the program.

Rotary Rides: Bicycle loan program where youth can check out a bicycle for 24 hours to get to appointments, school, etc. Must return bike by 7pm the day after checkout.

HOME's Taylor's House has 10 beds to house the community's homeless or runaway youth, and offers holistic services for study support, social activities, job training, and transportation.

Accepts donations of school supplies.

Provides services for youth who are experiencing housing instability. Services include short-term emergency shelter, mentorship, family mediation, resource referrals, and support with basic needs such as food, clothing, showers,and hygiene supplies.

Temporary emergency shelter program for runaway and homeless youth. Works with families and youth to facilitate reunification in a safe/healthy manner.

Provides youth in crisis with a place for physical and emotional safety while assisting them in developing life skills that will enable them to make positive contributions in their communities. Space is limited to 10 youth at a time.

Family reunification services are also available. Contracts with Wasco County Youth Services (WCYS) to offer community workshops for adults interested in additional support raising pre-teens and teens.
