LIVING OPTIONS FOR TEENS (LOFT)
Transitional living program with 10-12 beds for both male and female youth. Housing is available for up to two years. Services include education planning and completion, job/employment search assistance, life skills training, career planning, and help in transitioning to self-sufficient living.

YOUNG ADULT DORM
Provides shelter for up to 18 months to transition-age youth while working with a case manager to become self-sufficient. Clients have access to an on-site food pantry, intensive case management, and phone, mail, and message services. Also offers life skills, nutrition, cooking, parenting, communication, health education, computer, and financial classes. Uninsured clients have access to on-site drug and alcohol treatment, mental health treatment, and a free medical clinic.

The Transitional Living Program can provide subsidized housing to homeless youth or youth at risk of homelessness. These homes are located throughout Jackson County. Also provide comprehensive case management, life skills classes, support in finding employment, and awareness of educational opportunities.

CRISIS & INFORMATION HOTLINE
All HOST programs offer resource and referral information, case management, and crisis intervention for youth. HOST services are provided at two sites.

HOST's two main programs are:
-Daytime Resource Center: Drop-in services include showers, laundry, computer access, breakfast and lunch on weekdays, case management, and skill building.
-Transitional Living Program (TLP): Provides shelter for up to 18 months. TLP offers community stabilization supports, assistance with employment, assistance with educational goals, and counseling to assure youth are prepared for independent living.

Provides on-site and community-supported housing, case management, and other support services for homeless youth. A few transitional housing units may be available for the houseless, parenting youth. Transitional housing is from 6-24 months. Parents with children are accepted for housing case management and transitional housing services and must participate in parent support case management.
