TRANSITIONAL LIVING PROGRAM
Provides subsidized housing to homeless youth or youth at risk of homelessness. These homes are located throughout Jackson County. Offers comprehensive case management, life skills classes, support in finding employment, and awareness of educational opportunities.

Hours: Office hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Case Managers on call for clients: 24 hours per day / 7 days per week

TRAVEL/LOCATION INFORMATION: Location is in the RE/MAX building, in a complex on the corner of E Barnett Road and Black Oak Drive. Use the RE/MAX entrance and take stairs or elevator to the lower floor.
