Eligibility: Age 65 and older or age 60 and older and living with a disability. Must meet income qualifications.

Eligibility: Ages 62 and older who meet annual income guidelines: 1-person household, $24,980 or below; 2-person household, $33,820 or below. Must be applicant's primary residence and service must be billed in applicant's name.

Eligibility: Age 65 and older. Must meet annual household income requirements. Applications must be renewed yearly by July 1st.

Eligibility: Age 60 and older and adults with documented disabilities. Income limits also apply.

Eligibility: Energy assistance: Low-income households; outreach appointments available to residents in Sherman County, south Wasco County, Parkdale, and Cascade Locks
Weatherization: Low-income households under 200% of federal poverty level; permission from landlord/property owner to weatherize a rented home

Eligibility: 60% of Oregon state wide median income (OMI).


-Household of 1, maximum of $2,605/month or $31,2666/year

-Household of 3, maximum of $4,208/month or $50,506/year

-Household of 5, maximum of $5,812/month or $69,747/year.


If household gross water income is higher than listed amounts, assistance may be available dependent upon agency funds.



Trash/water payment assistance is available for individuals 60 years and older and adults or households containing an individual with disabilities.
