Eligibility: Ages 62 and older who are at, or below, 60% of Oregon’s current median income (Oregon current median income is $42,937). Must be the applicant's primary residence, and service must be billed in the applicant's name.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Walk in, call, or visit website for more information. Applications are available online. A renewal application must be submitted each year before July 1 to continue on the program.
FEES: Discount based on single family residential
Water $21 per month for 3/4" meter and $3.90 per 1,000 gallons
Sewer $50 per month flat fee
Storm Drain $6.50 per month flat fee
