211info's Maternal and Child Health Program provides specialized information, referral, and follow-up services to individuals and family members of all genders covering needs and questions related to pregnancy, maternal and child health, sexual and reproductive health, and women's health across the life span, including resources for women with breast cancer.

This program provides free vouchers for mammograms, breast ultrasounds, and breast biopsies. Also provides breast health education and outreach. Pathways program provides free housing, food, clothing, medical transportation assistance, Oregon Health Plan assistance and other community resources.

Eligibility: Eligibility requirements will be discussed during intake. Staff will discuss income requirements and insurance status. This will determine which free services clients may qualify for.

PINK LEMONADE PROJECT TREATMENT ACCESS PROGRAM
Provides financial assistance for transportation or overnight food and lodging costs for people who need this assistance to access breast cancer treatment, including support groups and navigation services.

-Be in active treatment for breast cancer
-Have an income at or below 250% of the federal poverty level
-Need to travel 25 miles or more to a treatment facility
