BREAST HEALTH FOR STRONG FAMILIES & BRIDGES TO HEALTH PATHWAYS PROGRAM
This program provides free vouchers for mammograms, breast ultrasounds, and breast biopsies. Also provides breast health education and outreach. Pathways program provides free housing, food, clothing, medical transportation assistance, Oregon Health Plan assistance and other community resources.

Eligibility: Eligibility requirements will be discussed during intake. Staff will discuss income requirements and insurance status. This will determine which free services clients may qualify for.
