Transition Programs offer low-cost housing to men and women in the early stages of sobriety who are in transition to the next level of recovery. Transition housing provides support during a critical time in recovery, helping clients establish a path to a better life through a safe and monitored reintegration into the community.

BRIDGEWAY OF HOPE
Provides faith-based housing for men for up to 24 months who are in recovery and wish to live clean and sober. Clients must have previously gone through an inpatient recovery program. There is no maximum period of length on when the inpatient program was completed. Services provided to clients include case management, work force development, assistance with getting ID, and overcoming other barriers to stability.

Provides an 18 month long faith-based recovery program. Residents are provided with case management, mental health supports, vocational support, recovery supports, and life skills classes. Residents must remain clean and sober for the duration of the program and will be subject to urinalysis testing.

Establishes networks with partner agencies to offer counseling, identification, schooling, and job placement. Also has in-person assisters to help apply for health insurance.

TRANSCENDING HOPE
Provides a structured housing environment for those seeking recovery from addiction, alcoholism, incarceration, and/or mental health. There are 14 homes total, with 6 homes for men only, one for men with children, one family housing, a women's home, and a women's and children's home and culturally specific Latinx housing. Each home has an on-site house manager who oversees house operations, administers urinalysis and breathalyzer tests, works with probation and parole officers, and supports each member's recovery journey.
