Provides housing, food, clothing, and a comprehensive needs assessment process supported by a case manager to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness, coping with addiction, those who are in crisis, and/or those who are re-entering the community from incarceration. Establishes networks with partner agencies to offer counseling, identification, schooling, and job placement. Also has in-person assisters to help apply for health insurance.

WOMEN'S DISCOVERY PROGRAM AND RESTORATION MINISTRY
The Discovery Program is a 5-week stabilization program for women to assess whether the long-term Restoration Ministry recovery program is a good fit. During this time, women focus on spiritual formation, addiction education, home and life skills, vocational skills, and parenting skills, if applicable. Following the Discovery program, a resident can opt to phase into a year-long recovery program.

The Women's Restoration Ministry is a 12-month faith-based residential recovery program that includes counseling, addiction recovery with relapse prevention, life skills training, adult education, job preparation, and vocational training. Meals and housing provided. Also provides on-site children's ministries program.

Offers two programs for short-term stabilization and long-term recovery. The Discovery Program is a 5-6 week stabilization program and the Restoration Program is a 12-month recovery program. Both programs focus on spiritual formation, addiction education, and life and vocational skills. The programs are faith-based and include addiction counseling, relapse prevention, adult education, job preparation, and vocational training. Meals and housing provided.

Provides a faith-based long-term housing program for people in recovery. Offers two separate campuses; one for men and one for women with or without children.

TRANSCENDING HOPE
Provides a structured housing environment for those seeking recovery from addiction, alcoholism, incarceration, and/or mental health.There are 14 homes total with 6 homes for men only, one for men with children, one family housing, a women's home, and a women and children's home. Each home has an on-site house manager who oversees house operations, administers urinalysis and breathalyzer tests, works with probation and parole officers, and serves as a support to each member's recovery journey.
