TRANSFORMATIVE SHELTER
Provides transitional housing. Clients will be offered access to case management services; medical, dental, and substance abuse treatments; courses on life, career, computer, health, cooking, nutrition, and communication; and overcoming barriers to acquiring permanent housing. Must agree to be clean and sober for the duration of their stay.
