CLACKAMAS COUNTY COORDINATED HOUSING ACCESS
A collaboration of multiple agencies that provide a centralized access point for households experiencing homelessness or a housing crisis to seek assistance. Eligible households will be added to a central Housing Referral List for all programs they qualify for. This is not a crisis line, and there may be a wait for both shelter and housing. Participating Housing Programs:

-Immigrant and Refugee Community Org. Rapid Rehousing for Survivors of Domestic Violence
-Northwest Housing Alternatives' Annie Ross House (Emergency Shelter) and HomeBase (Rapid Rehousing)
-Clackamas Social Services’ Aurora Shelter, Housing Our Families, Bridges to Housing, HOPE I, Hope II, Jackson Transitional Housing, Lake Oswego Transitional Shelter Ministry, Rent Well Rapid Rehousing, Housing Our Heroes, Veteran's Rapid Rehousing, Veteran's Rental Assistance Program
