Clinic provides primary medical services for individuals without access to health care. Volunteer medical professionals provide routine preventative and non-emergency medical care. For chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and heart disease, care is provided in addition to education and equipment for self-care. Eye exams and glasses are also available. More specialized services that cannot be provided on-site are referred to a network of specialty physicians in the region.

The Free Vision Clinic is offered twice per year, in partnership with Kaiser Permanente. Services provided include vision exams and screenings and glasses if needed.

Works with 18 churches to distribute food each weekday and assists financially with several emergency needs including medical, dental, and prescription bills, utility bills, propane and firewood needed for heating and cooking, work clothing, immunizations, and glasses (no contact lenses assistance available). All financial assistance is provided to the vendor on behalf of the client.

Provides free eyeglasses and will help pay for surgeries and other vision-related assistance to residents who otherwise cannot afford or pay for their vision needs.

Donations of used eyeglasses and hearing aids are accepted by the Northwest Lions Eyeglass Recycling Center, which are sorted, cleaned, and prepared for distribution within the community. Provides people in need with basic prescription eyeglasses through a nationwide e-voucher program. Please note that New Eyes does not provide or pay for eye exams.

Provides referrals to local Lions Clubs, which assist people in need of eye exams, hearing screenings, eyeglasses, and hearing aids. Refers people for corneal transplants, sponsors candidates for seeing eye dogs, and promotes information on eye banks and diabetes. Assistance depends on eligibility and funds available at each local club.

Provides a limited number of emergency utilities assistance with a 12- or 5-day shut-off notice. Provides a shopping-style food pantry open 5 days a week. Provides limited amount of funding for eyeglasses. Sometimes can provide a few bus passes for work or medical transportation only. Issues vouchers to St Vincent de Paul thrift store to obtain free clothing, household items, and furniture for those in an emergency situation.

Clients are asked to bring their own bags for food pantry and thrift store items.

Online optical store for purchase of glasses and sunglasses at a discounted cost. Some of the prescriptions they offer are lined bifocals, unlined progressive glasses, reading glasses, and glasses for astigmatism.
