Supports prevention and positive youth development programs that promote and encourage physical and emotional safety, supportive and healthy relationships, skill building, and community engagement. Programs are school-based and community-based.

Specializes in working with children, youth and families who have experienced trauma and are facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression and ADHD, etc. Services include individual , family and group therapy, family support services, peer support services, psychiatric medication services, school based therapeutic services, and coordination of care.

Student and Family Support Services serves children with behavior, social service, and academic achievement needs. Also assists school districts by supporting them in the search for practical solutions to student behavior, instructional improvement, and social service needs in the following areas:

-Attendance Services: Interventions and resources for staff and parents regarding school attendance and truancy.
-Behavior Consultant Services: Support for students, parents, school staff, and community agencies to assist students with behavioral or emotional issues. Includes assessment, observation, interviews, safety risk assessment, and recommended interventions, such as counseling, skill training, and referrals to other services.
-Family Support Project: Provides information and referrals to community resources, youth activities, home-based parenting support, counseling, and more.
-Youth Service Team (YST): Multidisciplinary teams provide integrated services to students in Linn County, including referrals to counseling and community-based services, youth and family activities, help navigating social service programs, outreach and crisis intervention, and more.

Intensive School Based Program provides a specialized and individualized set of in-home and community based mental health services in the child's home and at public school. Integrated treatment and education program geared towards elementary aged children who have severe mental, emotional and behavioral disorders.

Intensive Community Based Treatment Services (ICTS) Outpatient Unit provides psychiatric care management to children and their families.
