TRANS LIFELINE
Provides a volunteer-run hotline for transgender people who are experiencing a crisis, offering support and connection to resources where possible such as passport and state identification help to reflect their gender identity. While the goal is to prevent self-harm, it is also a warmline where people can call with a variety of needs (i.e., how to access transition-related health care, where to find local support groups) as well as a information on resources. The hotline is staffed by trans-identifying individuals. Operators will only call emergency services with the caller's consent.
Eligibility: Any trans-identifying person and anyone who may be questioning their gender identity
Hours: 24 hours per day / 7 days per week
TRANSPONDER
RESOURCE NAVIGATOR
Provides information and referral resources including healthcare, insurance, social services, housing, and mental health. Agency has an online resource directory of local and regional trans-inclusive care providers, bodyworks, support, faith services, and crisis resources. Assists with name/gender legal document change through the courts or at the DMV, with services ranging from providing information about changing documents in Oregon to offering financial aid for document fees. The level of financial assistance and eligibility for this assistance varies based on the program's budget.

The message line is staffed by volunteers and it may take a few days for calls to be returned.
