Provides a variety of services specifically for the LGBTQ2+ community, including gender-affirming care (initiation and maintenance of hormone therapy and referrals to gender-affirming care specialists), behavioral health providers with specialized training in LGBTQ2+ care, assistance with legal ID changes through the county, DMV, and passports, reproductive health care and STI screening.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday 8am-3pm
On-call provider and nurse: 24 hours per day / 7 days per week
