Provides employment training for individuals ages 55 and older. Provides training assignments to develop current employment skills, job readiness classes, resume/cover letter education, and individual employment plans.

Longview Goodwill Work Opportunity Center offers a wide range of vocational training programs and services to help people realize their full potential. Training programs include: GED Instruction and Support, Work Skills Training, Digital Literacy Certification, Financial Literacy and Second Chance Banking, Computer Skills Training, and Work-based Learning. Services Include: Internships, Work Evaluation Placement, Individual Supported Employment for people with disabilities, and the Senior Community Service Employment Program.

Foster Grandparents and Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) offer opportunities to earn supplimental income and to help the community providing supports to older adults and children.
