Provides minor home and critical safety repairs for homeowners who are older adults or adults with disabilities. REACH staff, volunteers, and subcontractors complete repairs as resources are available. Services may include home assessments, smoke/fire alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, bathroom safety aids, minor plumbing repairs, minor electrical repairs, address housing code violations and yard nuisances, and assist with referrals to other home repair programs.

Provides home modification services for physically and financially challenged homeowners who wish to remain living independently in their homes. Can provide wheelchair ramps, ADA toilets, showers, grab bars, and widen doorways and other spaces. Anything that makes the home safer for a person with a mobility disability. This program does not do home repairs.

Provides grants and low-interest loans for home repairs and accessibility modifications.
