COMMUNITY ENERGY PROJECT
WEATHERIZATION AND LEAD WORKSHOPS
Provides workshops on basic weatherization, DIY insulation, and basic lead poisoning prevention. Each income-qualified household that participates in a workshop receives a free kit of materials including items such as reusable vinyl storm window kits, door weatherstripping, and pipe insulation amongst others. For those that exceed the income guidelines, materials are available for purchase.

In-home weatherization and small safety repairs are provided for older adults and people with disabilities.

Project Linkage partners with Ride Connection to deliver accessible transportation to medical appointments, shopping, errands, volunteering, and recreational trips. Project Linkage also hosts a virtual engagement program, Zooming Seniors, for older adults and adults with disabilities. Weekly group meetings are held virtually to support community engagement, teach technology skills, and share resources.

Also assists with referrals to other home repair programs.
