PROJECT LINKAGE
Project Linkage services include door-to-door transportation to medical appointments and errands for older adults and adults with disabilities. Project Linkage partners with Ride Connection to deliver accessible transportation to medical appointments, shopping, errands, volunteering, and recreational trips. Project Linkage also hosts a virtual engagement program, Zooming Seniors, for older adults and adults with disabilities. Weekly group meetings are held virtually to support community engagement, teach technology skills, and share resources.
