NAME CHANGE MICROGRANTS
Provides assistance with required fees to obtain court-ordered name changes to passports, driver's licenses, state identification cards, birth certificates, and tribal identification cards. Distribution of funds is determined via a lottery system and individuals may be recepients of the grant only once.
Eligibility: Adults and minor children who identify as transgender and/or nonbinary and are residents of the United States.

RESOURCE NAVIGATOR
Provides information and referral to resources for healthcare, insurance, social services, housing, mental health, and online database of local/regional trans-inclusive care providers. Assists with name/gender legal document change through the courts or at the DMV Services, ranging from providing information on the process of changing documents in Oregon to offering financial aid for document fees. The level of financial assistance and eligibility for this assistance varies based on the program's budget.
