RENTAL HOUSING CODE INFORMATION
Provides rental housing code information. Eugene's rental housing code includes 10 standards: heating, plumbing, security, electrical, appliances, smoke detection, structural integrity, weatherproofing, carbon monoxide alarms, and rats. Renters may file a complaint with the city after contacting the owner or property manager of their unit if their rental is not meeting the standards.
