EMERGENCY MINOR HOME REPAIR PROGRAM
Offers assistance to correct conditions that create an immediate threat to the health and safety of the occupants or could cause rapid deterioration of the structure. Repairs may include failure of electrical, plumbing, or heating systems, leaking roofs, and home security.

Homeowners and tenants with disabilities may be eligible for assistance with the removal of architectural barriers (installation of ramps, modifications to doorways, grab bars, handrails, lever hardware) and installation of strobe smoke alarms.
