Assists with electric, natural gas, oil, propane, wood pellet, and wood costs. Water assistance may be provided in combination with utility assistance for EWEB customers ONLY. The SUB project and EWEB Customer Care are year-round assistance programs. LIHEAP is a seasonal program. Households can receive assistance once per program year, per program.
The programs operate on waitlists. If the waitlist closes before callers are able to access it, they will have to wait until the first business day of the follow month to attempt again.
