RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS
Provides access to county-wide housing referral waitlists for those who are homeless or at risk of losing housing. Housing counselors assist with housing applications, referral to additional housing resources, and support with removing barriers related to housing. One-time emergency rental assistance is also available for eligible households, accessible through a waitlist and as funding allows.

Eligibility: -Must have a current rental agreement
-A least one household member age 58 or older
-Must be at imminent risk of eviction
-Household income at 50% or below Area Median Income

-Documentation of all sources of income for the last 30 days. This can include employment pay statements, verification of cash payments for employment, SSI, TANF, or other benefit letters, alimony payments, etc.
-Notices, letters, or other documentation that shows arrears, late payments, or additional proof of risk of homelessness
