UTILITY ASSISTANCE
Provides assistance with electric, gas, and heating fuel (oil, propane,firewood, and pellets), depending on availability of funds. Payments are made directly to the energy company. Usually only one payment per household, but some additional help may be available in emergency situations. Also assists with air conditioners in the summer months for those who qualify. Assistance may be offered ONLY when funds are available. Households may only submit one application per year.

-PGE, City of Forest Grove. West Oregon Electric Cooperative, or NW Natural customers
