Eligibility: Callers must meet all of the following:
-Must live in Washington County
-Must have a notice for nonpayment of rent in hand from your landlord for the current month's rent which is being applied for
-Household income must be at or below 50% Area Median Income (AMI)
-Household has not received emergency rent assistance from Community Action in the past 12 months
Hours: Phone line opens at 9am on the 15th of every month.
If this date falls on a weekend, requests will be taken the following Monday.

DOCUMENTS: Names, birth dates, and social security numbers for everyone in the household, landlord's contact information, and estimated monthly gross income for the household in the last 30 days
