ODHS DISASTER CASE MANAGEMENT HOTLINE
Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS), in partnership with 211info, assists with disaster-related immediate or long-term recovery housing, shelter, food, and other needs for community members impacted by Oregon wildfires and other natural disasters.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for intake. Information will be documented and submitted confidentially via a form to ODHS and ODHS will follow up with the caller within 24 hours after the form is submitted. Voicemail option after-hours or if specialists are unavailable.

DOCUMENTS: Proof of loss due to disaster may be required
LANGUAGES: English and Spanish, interpretation by arrangement
