The Oregon Reproductive Health (RH) Program oversees a statewide network of certified health care providers to ensure access to a suite of reproductive health services (including preventive reproductive health care, preconception and contraception). Services include annual gynecological exams (including pap tests, breast exams and STI screening); pregnancy testing; birth control counseling, contraception, emergency contraception, abortion referrals; and more.

INTAKE PROCEDURE: Call for information and to schedule an appointment
FEES: Accepts OHP (Health Share, FamilyCare, and Open Card), Delta Dental, Medicare, and most private insurances. Sliding scale fee available. No insurance $25-$50 down payment for first visit.
DOCUMENTS: Insurance information, if applicable. If applying for sliding scale fees, bring one of the following: last two pay stubs, previous year's tax return, or unemployment statement.
