-Assist individuals experiencing homelessness who are facing housing-related barriers acquire stable housing (e.g., need housing, short on funds to aquire housing that is lined up and needs one-time finanacial assistance).
-Assist individuals at risk of homelessness or unstably housed maintain and retain housing through prevention (e.g., cannot pay rent, facing eviction, doubled up and being asked to leave, etc.).
Eligibility:
Households/individuals experiencing homelessness, at risk of
homelessness, or facing housing-related barriers.
Hours:
Hotline: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
