This program provides assistance to eligible residents of Umatilla and Morrow counties in completing a well water testing voucher application through Oregon Health Authority. The line can provide general information around the program and respond to questions about testing, nitrates or the process.
Eligibility: The caller’s property well is located within the Lower Umatilla Basin Groundwater Management Area (LUBGWMA) of Morrow and Umatilla Counties
